Lara's Theme - Oilcan Guitar Tremolo Exercise

I found this little excercise quite useful for building up strength and dexterity in
the right hand. You start by holding the pick with the thumb and index, than
thumb with middle, ring fingers and finally with the thumb and pinky, what is
pretty nasty and should not be overdone to avoid straining to the tendons.

The left hand fingering starts with the A-string, second fret and goes from there.

Die Express-Zeitung / The Express Gazette

I was already contemplating to buy the Gazette for awhile and now it eventually
happened, so i just received the latest issue with the headline "100 Years of War
against Germany". The uninitiated will argue, that with the publication some
nationalists try to whitewash German atrocities committed during the years 1918-
1945. Far from it, editor Tilman Knechtel has written highly acclaimed books
about the Rothschild's and Rockefeller's and runs a well known YouTube-channel,
proving he has a  seriously sound knowledge about what he is writing about. One
of his staff-writers is Gerhard Wisnewski, Germany's premier investigative jour -
nalist. So there is no doubt, these guys try to get the word out about the truth to
counter the mainstream-media in a country sticking knee deep in a swamp of lies.

The Gazette narrates with plenty of historic facts and quotations, who is really be-
hind the wars, namely the Anglo-Saxons and the Round Table club, who were
afraid of losing the status as superpower to the German Empire, thus went on to
pull it into a war to destroy it with arms or in other ways, i will read about in the
next issue.

Personally i once spoke with an U.S.-veteran, who told me, that German soldiers
were regarded as the best and bravest. When they marched swiftly into the
Sovjetunion in what was probably a preemptive attack they carried a booklet with
a code of honour and any misconduct was harshly punished. This of course does
not fit the official narrative depicting the Germans as beasts in unprecedented
propaganda, though massacres committed by Germans can't be denied. The jury
is out, wether these are rather less gruesome, than those committed against Ger-
mans by the Allied Forces with the Rheinwiesenlager and their bombing cam-
paigns or the Polish, Chechs and Russians in the eastern territories trying to
annihilate the German population. Also in my view Hitler's role in all this is very
sketchy and needs a nonbiased closer inspection.

The Express Gazette is not your usual tabloid, but a magnificent source of infor -
mation.

Crowfoot - Blackfoot Chief

>> Your money is not as good as our land. The wind will blow it away, the fire
will burn it, the water will rot it. Though nothing can destroy our land. <<

These were Crowfoot's words spoken to a white negotiator, making it clear,
that the concept of selling land was completely unknown to him as it was to
any Indian, oozing pride from every pore of his body.

Once in a while i study Native Americans, as there were many fascinating per -
sonalities among them with Crowfoot a leading figure. He earned his merits
at an very early age in warfare against other tribes, while in later years he quit
fighting, acknowledging the superiority of the colonists. Something other chiefs
like Tecumseh, Metacom or Osceola never did and never gave in an inch.

Instead he used his negotiating and rhetoric skills to gain the most for his people
and thus secured their survival. It was his humanity, that he didn't pull his toma-
hawk to cleave the Whites skulls, after they killed nearly all buffalos and took
away the Native's livelihood, not to mention the blankets infested with smallpox
they have send to them among other dirty deeds.

The Blackfoot were freedom loving and lived in unison with nature. So understand-
ibly especially young warriors would rather die in combat than living in a reservation
depending on supply deliveries. Again it was Crowfoot's commanding respect, also
reputed by Whites, who prevented further bloodshed. Crowfoot reached an relative
high age and passed peacefully after having smoked a pipe.

Canadian singer-/songwriter Willie Dunn wrote a marvellous ballad about him
accompanied by haunting pictures in this video.

Weekend Sports

On Saturday the Betfair Sprint Cup Stakes takes place in Haydock. Head of the
market is Martyn Meade's stable star ADVERTISE. He is a model of consistency
and in great form at present after winning the Group 1 Maurice de Geest Stakes
in Deauville a fortnight ago. He has already beaten some of his rivals in this race,
though has yet to race on the softish ground, he will encounter at the weekend.
Nonetheless i will back him as he again enjoys the expert steering of Frankie
Dettori @ odds around 3.75. *** NON RUNNER

For the case he does not act, i will also back DREAM OF DREAMS (IRE) as an
alternative @ odds around 9.

The Crimea - A Travel Report

Meanwhile i am back and here is, what happened. Again i acquired my visa from
Paneurasia, whose service is quick and reliable, though 93.- Euros plus postage ,
what is still the most competitive price ? At the aiport with Rossija for the first
time ever an airline declined to let me take my guitar with me on board and so i
had to part with the next ninety for the check-in. At Simferopol i went straight to
the bus terminal right next to him. Everything is written in Cyrillic and nobody
speaks English, so it soon became clear, that communication will be awkward at
times. Nonetheless i caught the right bus and was on my way on a road, which
seems to be under construction all the way through. Now of course i do not know
the Crimea from before the secession, though it seems plenty of Russian money
flows into it and it is obvious nearly no one has the desire to return to Ucrainian
rule.

__ Sewastopol

There i checked in the hotel "Kriym", where my room was in need of a general
overhaul including the creaking bed, though for the price of roughly 25.- Euros
was acceptable. Afterwards as usual i made myself comfortable in a bar with a
couple of beers and see from there. It didn't take long to feel, that Sewastopol is
a city i like very much. Easy to navigate with an appealing architecture and a
beautiful waterfront. I wanted to visit the ruins of Chersones and also the Mala-
khov Hill, however skipped that due to the intense heat, albeit went to the muse-
um, which is worth a visit.

__ Bike Show

Yeah, the Bike Show everybody and their mama talks about. I arrived early on the
festival ground, yet too late for the cameo appearance of Pres. Putin, who pulled
in with an old Ural motorcycle alongside Night Wolves boss Saldostanov. The
program started with a couple of metal bands, went on with the presentation of
the most peculiar vehicles, a haunting speech from Saldostanov and a fireworks
extravaganza ending with the destruction of the Tower of Babylon. Ufff, what a
spectacle that was...

__ Jalta

Jalta of course came to prominence through the conference held in 1945 with the
trio infernale FDR, Stalin and Churchill. The town nestles on a hillside and is
deservedly called the "Pearl of The Crimea". The promenade has been splendidly
developed and sitting there with a pint of Kwas is good entertainment. What gives
the town a pretty unique charm are the pine trees, growing plentiful there. The
"Swallows Nest"- castle is a short boat ride away down south.

__ Credit Cards

I learned beforehand, that major credit cards will not be accepted there, so i took
ample cash and booked accomodation online incl.online payment via the Aeroflot
webpage prior to traveling. In Sewastopol however the VISA- logo was on display
everywhere and eventually i asked a waiter, what the deal is. He explained to me
that credit cards at least issued in Europe are no problem.

__ Sanctions

I saw plenty of BMW's on the streets and thought, what is going on with the sanctions.
Now of course BMW has meanwhile a factory in Kaliningrad and so have many other
western enterprises in Russia. From my perspective, no shortage of anything could be
detected and so i suppose sanctions are nothing but theater for the dupes, believeing
there is a feud going on between Russia and the USA, while behind the scenes there is
business as usual.

__ The Russians

I like them and their sometimes a bit cumbersome manners. They are all about com-
mon sense, who bounces off any of the nonsense they rub under our noses here on a
daily base. They were always polite, never tried to pull me over the table and were
especially friendly, when they figured out i am from Germany. Perhaps they have
different history textbooks ...

My conclusion is, this was one of my most easy-going trips ever, where i have not en-
countered the slightest of problems. On the Crimea i guess the Russians are doing well
and do not need western mass tourism with its accompaniments. But for those prefer
traveling independetly a visit is highly recommended.

Here is a short video i shot to hand out a couple of impressions .

Russia And Judaism - Connecting The Dots

While in Russia i saw statures of Lenin in every city and wondered, where his,
albeit meanwhile fading, popularity stems from. I understand he is considered
the founding figure of the Soviet Union, yet his reign was based on raging
terror claiming the lifes of millions.

The Jew Karl Marx once wrote the Communist Manifesto, an idea picked up by
Wladimir Iljitsch Uljanow, who called himself Lenin. He himself was Jewish
and along with Lew Bronfstein aka Leo Trotzki and loaded with Jewish money
he started the October Revolution 1917, establishing Communism disguised
under the name Bolschevism.

And exactly that Bolshevism gave Hitler later on the pretext to attack the Soviet
Union after again Jewish money coddled him up in the 30's and also enabled the
Third Empire to be powerful enough to compete in a large scale war. The result
was, that the feared German economic strenght was wiped out, the bankers elite
filled up their cashel by financing both sides and with the ongoing delivery of
iron ore to keep the German war machine running. And finally it is my strong be-
lieve, that without Hitler there would be no Israel today, because no Jew felt
inclined to move into the desert.

The Russia nowadays is modern and thriving and has in my opinion no room
for Lenins ideologies, though the question is, whether the kingpins Putin and
Medwedew too are dangling on strings held by the puppet masters like the
before mentioned. Folks took their pedigrees under scrutiny, though still there
is no certainty of their ethnics. No matter what, i have sympathy for both and
judged on their actions they deserve support, what does not exclude a couple
of nagging doubts.

During my recent trip i read a book written by Juan Rainaldo Sanchez, Fidel
Castro's loyal bodyguard for many years. He depicted Castro as a major cu*t,
not caring about his children, his brothers and sisters except Raul and of course
not about the Cuban people. He even operated a drug trafficking business to
finance his posh lifestyle after the Soviet Union collapsed. Though two state-
ments are most remarkable. Sanchez mentiond a New York Times journalist, who
visited Castro in his Sierra Maestra hideaway and secondly, that Cuban dictator
Batista was not very well accepted any longer by the USA. So a journalist
could find Castro in the woods, while Bautista troops couldn't, i mean only
follow the noise of the power generator operating Castro's fridge and then there
was Batista apparently getting in the way of something big and that was the
Cold War, who should be raised to the next level. That exactly explains, why
Castro's way to power was a cakewalk not being possible without the support
of foreign forces and why he never was assassinated, although living on the US
threshold. The Soviets now could plant their missile dummies on Cuban soil and
the whole circus could begin with the target to extort taxpayers money and keep
mankind in fear

I understand, that it is difficult to unmask and debunk oneself and the other side,
though it would be great to hear Putin echoing that story and also that there has
never been a man on the moon and nuclear weapons are nothing but a hoax. As
long as he does not do it, we have to assume he keeps allowing the robbery of the
peoples money by evil superiors.

Stonehenge - Not Really A Mystical Place

"Stop it, no more conspiracy theories, we can't take it any longer " i can hear you
shouting. Hey, don't shoot me, i am only the messenger. The point is, the puppet
masters will play us for fools, if we keep believing everything, they publish in
their controlled media. Once we stop that and question anything, they will even-
tually respect us instead giving us the full dupes treatment. I do reckon nearly
every so called terrorist attack in the Western society of values is staged and a hoax
as the most blatant one in Berlin. It requires a five minute research on the internet
to find that out, yet the people rather buy into the mainstream media and their guff,
so the big wigs feel encouraged to play us for instance with the following example.

We learned Stonehenge was erected in the Bronze Age, though nobody can tell for
shure who built it for which purpose. Nonetheless folks keep pilgrimaging to that
location to pick up the alleged mystical atmosphere. And then Russianvids came
around the corner with the following revelations ...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-X8rnFEt8Sk (reupload)

So what do we have ? They smacked some concrete on a steel core, took a crane and
brought the whole enchilada to the middle of nowhere in Southern England. And who
is prancing around in that video, grinning from ear to ear and knowing about the scam ?
The Fallen Messiah Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama ... I assume there are many more
artificial places like Stonehenge in the world to lure tourists into the country. Has
someone checked the Egyptian pyramids yet ?

Off to The Crimea tomorrow ...

Muslims And The Christopher Street Day - Cause And Effect

" The loss of shame is the first step to cretinism "
                                                    - Sigmund Freud -

Sometimes i wonder, what is mindwise happening to someone  coming from a straight
Muslim culture encountering a spectacle like a Christopher Street Day-parade, which
took place yesterday here in Hamburg. Some will look at it with eyes wide open, a few
will ignore it, but many will be confirmed with their hatred towards the Western
society. And once they are driven over the edge we can read about the results in the
news headlines in form of stabbings and other violent outbreaks. So yes, i see a direct
correlation between the CSD and at least of some crimes committed by migrants. That
remark serves as an explanation and not as a justification.

Personally i am a harsh critic of the CSD and under my rule he would not be allowed
in a downtown area since there is plenty of lewd and perverted behaviour on display.
When nonetheless hundreds of thousands of people show up including Hamburg's
mayor, there can't be a doubt, the society is doomed to decay. The folks parading
always speak about tolerance, yet they won't accept my take on the CSD and would
like to reeducate me - leftist logic. And of course they cowardly avoid to address their
stance to Muslims knowing this could be painful,so they rather harass harmless Germans.

Last Friday i watched a football match from the FC St. Pauli.. Instead of perimeter ad-
vertising they showed the rainbow colours all game long. So while i only wanted to
see some footy i had the gay agenda pushed in my face the whole time. St. Pauli per-
ceives themselves as in a way different club not in terms of hiring and firing, but being
socially active and politically correct. So why once they were known as a working class
club with hard nosed players, nowadays they rather focus on silly activities as this one.
They support knowingly or not the Globalist Sect with their New World Order and that
is, why i can happily report they lost to a very weak side. Let's hope more drubbings
are ahead for them, so eventually they are relegated to non league football and out of
sight with their flapdoodle.

The Corn Cob Pipe

I used to smoke a pipe many years ago, then quit. Now not too long ago i became
aware of the corn cob pipe, manufactured by the Missouri Meerschaum Company.
That thing is made from a real corn cob, as such inexpensive and not very durable
compared to its counterparts shaped of Bruyere wood. Also it doesn't make sense
to attach a high quality mouthpiece and still this writer enjoys to smoke a nice
cavendish tobacco gently stuffed into it while sitting in a Chesterfield armchair
along with a tasty drink.

Enjoy ...

Celebrating The 50th Year Of The Moon Landing Hoax

My mother told me recently, "They landed on the moon, i saw it on TV". I replied
"Shure, mom, shure." with the old Richard Nixon quote springing to mind and the
television a propaganda tool already back then.

"The ... people don't believe anything, until they see it on TV."

The 60's were a difficult decade for the USA and they urgently needed a success to
cheer up their people and the Apollo mission fitted the bill. Failure was no option
and so the pictures broadcasted in 1969 from the Apollo 11 were certainly not live
and to exclude risks any further they staged the landing in a desert, probably Area 51,
right away.

However in such a vast project mistakes are always made and a profound scrutiny
discloses them in volumes of YT-videos, also subtle ones as the Bernoulli-Effect.
I find it most interesting, that the outspoken Gus Grissom , appointed astronaut for
the Apollo 1 mission, seriously doubted the feasibility of flying to the moon with
the technology at hand. He burned to death a little later in his command module and
suspicions of murder are still lingering.

A question, which naturally arised afterwards is, why the Russians played along per-
haps with the triangulation. I debunked earlier the Cuba crisis and the Cold War as
nothing but theatre of two nations in cahoots with each other. I rather believe, after
they have send the dog Laika into orbit, who died miserably perhaps in the Van Allen
Belt, trying to get to the moon is a. losing uphill battle. Nonetheless they shot cosmo-
naut Jury Gagarin up next to keep the ball rolling. Gagarin probably spent less time
in an airplane like myself, but had that typical Russian countryboy face. He ended up
an alkoholic after returning to earth. IMHO all space programs nowadays are nothing
but a way to extort taxpayers money.

"There Is No Business Like Shoah-Business ?!"

Last month the androgen CDU-chairwoman Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer was
invited to the Bilderberger meeting (as was U. von der Leyen), but instead flew
to Israel to make her kowtow there and among others she met President Reuven
Rivlin (can you spot the German flag on this image?) It would be wishful
thinking to assume, she said something like "Look Reuven, us Germans will not
longer dance to the Jewish tune and in the future i do what is in the Germans
best interest" leaving behing a flabbergasted president. AKK is just another
fine example of a spineless German politician and after her briefing she boasted
back in Germany "Every adolescent has to visit a Holocaust monument." As a
reward she was promoted to the secretary of defence job, while von der Leyen
although not being nominated at the last EU-elections was lifted to be the
successor of J.C. Juncker as EU-Comission president - amazing .

So AKK wants to make shure the German guilt complex keeps on running accom-
panied by hefty payments to Israel and the education of new recruits for the
Antifa and similar Anti-Germans. But has the Holocaust or Shoah really happened ?
Doubting him at least here in Germany means walking on thin ice, however for
instance in U.S.American commentary forums as zerohedge.com i frequently en-
counter the notion "holohoax" and so what is the deal now ?

Here are a couple of things to think about. Check them and be outraged either way ...

The official version says 6 million Jews were killed in Auschwitz. That would lead to
the following calculation shown here.
This is an interesting German page. Unfortunately YouTube deleted all the videos,
wonder why.
This page claims, Auschwitz was a labour camp and not a death camp, equipped with
dentist, swimming pool, theatre and even a brothel for the inmates.
Here are 21 interesting facts about the hc.
In a previous post i recommended , what Gerard Menuhin, Fred Leuchter and former
YouTuber, now Bitchuter JohnRobinson101 have to say and it is mighty illuminating.

Many people around the world are waiting for the Germans to get off their knees and
what happens here in the FRiG ? They throw 90 year old Ursula Haverbeck and others
for years behind bars for voicing their as hate speech branded opinion about him,
while rolling out a red carpet for folks like George Soros and Henry Kissinger. But nah,
thinking of a plan worked out would be too far fetched ...

Fear - The Demon Inside

Another book i just read was named "Make your bed" and was written by former
SEAL and Admiral William H. McRaven. I cannot recall exactly, why i bought
the book, since it mostly contains platitudes put on paper by someone suffering
from an inferiority complex, who needed something to prove to himself and never
reflected on his or the army's deeds overseas.

However i found one of his anecdotes pretty impressive, when he narrated that
while during SEAL training he had to perform a midnight swim in shark infested
waters outside San Diego. He was told not to show any fear, otherwise the Great
White shark will smell it, circle and eventually maim him, so to stay alive it is
mandatory to remain cool as a cucumber.

I suppose many people look back at a life of missed opportunities and fear has to
be blamed for that. They meet the love of their life and only have a splitsecond to
take action, but decide to remain silent out of fear to stutter or searching for words,
thus having lifelong regrets. Others never leave their comfort zone with the endless
routine, although traveling around the world is something everyone should have
experienced - too dangerous, too expensive, too this and that ...

I remember having played my 5-string banjo on stage in front of a pretty large crowd.
I was so nervous, my right thumb was trembling like crazy and how was i supposed
to play five hundred notes per minute in the right order with a shaking thumb ?
Somehow i got through some hot solos and drew a round of applause, but had not a
great time up there. So would i expose myself again to a similar situation, risking
of looking like a complete fool or German striker Frank Mill? Of course, everyone
performing in public accepts that risk, just wanting to entertain and after all a stage
can be the best place anywhere, when everything falls in place.

In Holland i once was sitting in a bar, when the local bully took aim at me, asking for
a fight. I gave him an earful and he tucked his tail between his legs and retreated.
Dudes like him thrive on fear and can't deal with counterwind.

Another example is an insurance company wanting to extort plenty of money. I refused
to pay and obviously struck a note, when they wilted quickly being used to obedience.
Now next week i will post something, what could have the consequence that my blog
will be shut down. So should i start to pussyfoot around and not write it ? Certainly not
and this blog is here to spread, what i consider the truth. Fear is not appropriate in
that matter. I do not consider myself a most courageous guy,but many times the lesson
was, that being fearless pays off.

German Derby 2019 In Hamburg

Next Sunday i continue my quest to find a winner in this race. The winner from
the last two years have two things in common. Both were sired by Soldier Hollow
and trained by Markus Klug. I will follow this route and will back the only con-
tender fitting the bill and that is DSCHINGIS FIRST. He is currently available at
odds around ten and certainly worth a punt with modest stakes.

*** Dschingis ran a bit below par and finnished six. The winner Laccario is a
seriously good colt and is already entered for the Arc de Triomphe to take
on the wonder filly Enable. I will back him, if participating ...

Bashing Germany - The Safe Way To Secure Your Blog Or YT-Channel

You might know, that many blogs and YouTube-channels already have been
shut down or are on the brink of it for their attitude towards conservatism thus
stemming the tide against the left/green agenda trying to install culture marxism.
I stay away from the left-right argy-bargy, but try to be all about common sense,
though none the less this blog contains plenty of criticism against the Federal
Republic in Germany. So if this blog was terminated, it probably has to do with
my stance involving Judaism provided i have ten million more readers.

Take for instance the recent murder of CDU-politician Walter Lübcke near the
town of Kassel. Lübcke got already verbally under fire for mocking locals
being concerned about the migrant wave. His alleged killer was quickly identi-
fied, because of a dander. Yep, not through images of a surveillance camera, but
a single dander. And that dander belonged miracously to a right winger known
to police for many years and conveniently he confessed already. Now of course
i do not believe a bloody word of that plot other than politicians and the main
stream media, who wasted no time jumping on the bandwagon to point at folks
from the conservative politically spectrum. How the dander got on the victim or
that Lübcke was feuding with the Kassel-mafia was not worth investigating. I
am convinced, the secret service has a register with plenty of scapegoats and
their fitting biografy and depending on the hoax or false flag planned, they pull
out Anis Amri in Berlin or in this case Stefan E.

Here in the FRiG many people quote the Basic Constitutional Law, telling us that
chancellora "Shakin'" Angela Merkel offended against that article or the other one,
even people considered legal experts. But what, if that law is invalid not only
because the scratched Article 23 (area of application), but because the FRiG is a
registered enterprise and thus we are dealing with the trade law and Merkel as the
manager, who is free to open the gates for migrants as long her masters concur. In
such a system, which does not acknowledges human beings, but useful and diligent
idiots working for the upper one percent, the ground for lies and deceptions has been
laid out and we see it daily in politics, media and justice.

In that sense i have comprehension for those demanding to bring down our state
simulation , being leftist yahoos or so called "Reichsbürger". Although personally
i am doing well,i don't take it lightly to live in a society, where the values honor,
truth, courage and justice and hardly measurably anymore, so the reinstatement
of the German Empire as a sovereign state independent from Brussels and the
shadow governments might be the sole way to go as a medium for the above
mentioned values.

Write It Behind Your Ears - There Is No Atom Bomb Existent

Meanwhile i finnished reading Akio Nakatani's book " Exploding The Nuclear
Weapons Hoax " and it is a gem. In great detail he turns every stone and explains
the following ...

- Why huge explosions through fission and chain reactions are physically impos-
   sible.

- How Hiroshima was annihilated through incendiary bombs.

- Why Japan gladly played along in the psy-op.

- Why a beach holiday on the Bikini-Atoll can be contemplated.

The nuclear research program was started under the name "Manhattan Project "
and had their labs located in Los Alamos, New Mexico. The most prominent
participants comprised Robert Oppenheimer, Leo Szilard and Edward Teller.
They all belonged to the chosen tribe and readers of this blog know my strained
relationship with them. The former two went to U.S. Pres. Roosevelt and con -
vinced him from the necessity to build a nuclear bomb. FDR concurred and did
dish out every amount of money they asked for. Eventually 2 billion US$, which
roughly equals 26 billions in todays equivalent, were eased from the taxpayers
pockets, who in return got a 100 ton TNT explosion in the desert, two steel jumbos
and plenty of footage documenting the charade, in which Albert Einstein also
played a major part with his e = mc² humbug. Afterwards he declared, he does not
want to be involved any longer with the project because of its monstrous danger
for humankind and thus handed in some credibility.

I assume back then the idea was  born, how easy it would be to extort a beaucoup
of money using the nuclear hoax, well hidden inside a blown up defense budget.
The UdSSR/ Russia or those who control them jumped on the bandwageon and ad-
opted the same concept, that shall keep humans in constant fear from armageddon,
so they are all in cahoots with each other and without a doubt the cold war is nothing
but theater for the masses.

Continuation now is going on with the bickering between USrael and Iran, who are
threatening to resume their nuclear weapons  program. Those in the know like my-
self can only react with a weary facepalm about all that bs ...

Another voice of reason http://heiwaco.tripod.com/bomb.htm
